At this SupChina Women's Networking event in partnership with Chinese Storytellers, we will be addressing some of the misconceptions, standard practices, and strategies that surround the art of salary negotiations and how to effectively add this valuable skill to your career toolbox.

Many young professionals that work in the nebulous region of the Sino-Global workforce often can be confused about the practice of salary negotiations and the role it takes place in their careers. At this SupChina Women’s Networking event in partnership with Chinese Storytellers, we will be addressing some of the misconceptions, standard practices, and strategies that surround the art of salary negotiations and how to effectively add this valuable skill to your career toolbox. The speakers will also be addressing how salary negotiations differ in China and the West and how to approach negotiations when transferring to a new work culture.
