Kenneth Wong
The Honorable Kenneth Wong hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has been in the risk management industry for the past 38 years. His active role in the Chinese American community gave him the opportunity in 2004 to serve on the President's Commission for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders with an emphasis in economic development, appointed by President George W. Bush. In addition to roles at the Federal and State level, Mr. Wong is the principal owner at NavPac, the president of CIG Asia Ltd, the co-founder of Covenant Group of China, and the commissioner of the President’s Advisory Commission for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

Jeff Ji
As a principal at NavPac Advisors, Mr. Ji has been involved in working with companies on how to effectively expand into the China market. In addition to NavPac Advisors, Mr. Ji owns and operates an IT business and a travel agency in Pennsylvania. His IT firm specializes in K-12 education learning management, data management and protection, hospitality technology, and tourism promotion. His clients include approximately 40 schools in Pennsylvania, and the Province of Shandong, the second largest province of China with a population of nearly 100 million.

Christopher Marquis
Chris Marquis is the Sinyi Professor of Chinese Management at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. Prior to joining Cambridge, he worked at Cornell and for 10 years at Harvard Business School and has held visiting professorships at Harvard Kennedy School, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Peking University, Fudan University, and Shanghai Jiaotong University. Marquis’ current teaching and research examines how the interaction between corporations, governments and civil society lead to socially and environmentally beneficial outcomes, with a particular focus on China. In the fall of 2022 will publish a new book titled Mao and Markets: The Communist Roots of Chinese Enterprise that examines the unique form of entrepreneurship and market development that has occurred in China over the last 40 years. He received a PhD in sociology and business administration from the University of Michigan.
